  • Service: Tracked Standard Shipping

Please note: Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.


2. Order Fulfilment & Processing

Before shipping, each order goes through a fulfilment period of up to 72 hours (3 business days) for:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Product inspection and quality checks
  • Secure packaging

Fulfilment and processing time are not included in the shipping estimates above.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


3. Tracked Shipping

All orders come with tracked delivery for full transparency and peace of mind.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.


6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the parcel.
