Thank you for shopping with Nushstorenush. We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us first at info@nushstorenush.com to obtain the return instructions and return address.
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must include your order number, customer name, and delivery address inside the returned parcel.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are sent back to us without prior approval.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for non-faulty or unwanted items.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of replacement once the issue is verified.
- You must provide proof of return, including a valid tracking number, to confirm that the item has been shipped back.
3. Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it before approving a refund or replacement.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account.
- If the item is found to have been self-damaged or misused, no refund or replacement will be issued.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items damaged by misuse or neglect
- Items returned without prior contact or authorization
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@nushstorenush.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the defect
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement item at no additional cost.
6. Orders in Transit
Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is successfully delivered and returned according to the steps above.
7. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015, which ensures products are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which grants consumers the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that our store extends this period to 30 days for your convenience.
